- Simultaneously in a pan add olive oil+ garlic+spring onion+coriander leaves. Heat it on high flame. Add capsicum as well and sauté
- Now add all the sauces listed above + sugar+salt+chilli. Sauté on high flame
- Transfer the gobi florets to the pan and mix well and sauté for 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
