  15. 1/2-1 Gallon oil
  16. *Used Oil From Frying Fish, Meat or Chicken is Highly Recommended
  17. 1 cup - Coconut Oil (Optional) But Highly Recommended

Instructions to make Homemade Shito

  1. Fry your Meat, Chicken, and Fish and pour all of them in separate bowls. Note: Make sure you save the fried Oil for later use in the shito process.
  2. Blend your Chilis, Henries, and Shrimps into a powder form and pour it into a bowl
  3. In a clean (no water) blender, add Oil (vegetable), Chopped big Onions, Clover galic, Shallot onions, Aniseed, Rosemery and Salt.
  4. In a Big sauspan, add the used vegetable oil from step 1 and heat it up until it becomes hot. Add the 2 Tomatos paste into the oil and stir it until all the water is out.
  5. Add the blendered Mixture (onions, galic, giant peper, aniseed, rosemery) into the oil. Stir it till all the water is out (see bubbles poping out).
  6. Add half a cup of Chili pepper (chop/grindered) into the mixture (your taste). Stir until all the water is out (bubbles popping).
  7. Add your all seasonal salt, salt and your Shrimp Bouillon Cubes
  8. Add your Shrimp and Henries powder into the mixture and stir. Make sure you don't put too much.
  9. Add Coconut oil into the mixture. Note: Do not use coconut oil as your main oil to start with especially if you intend to keep it in the refegerator. Just add a few scoop to give it flavor
