  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Gather & prepare ingredients. You can use a store bought "Russian Dressing," substitute with a "Thousand Island Dressing," use my personal attached homemade recipe or make your own!
  2. Begin by spreading bread cubes in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread sauerkraut evenly over the bread cubes, then layer beef strips over sauerkraut.
  3. Next, pour dressing evenly over top of casserole. Spray aluminum foil with cooking spray and use to cover the baking dish, sprayed side down. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  4. Lastly, remove foil. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over the casserole and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Top with chopped onions, sour cream, more dressing, anything you like, or nothing at all! Serve & Enjoy!
