- 1 onion
- 200 g Paprika
- 170 gr brown rice
- 3/4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove

- 100 gr Whipped Cream

- 1/2 cube broth (150 ml)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 250 gr mushrooms
- Butter

- Prepare the bouillon. Heat the water (equal amount as the rice) with some salt.
- Cut up the onion, garlic and mushrooms.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan. Bake the onion, garlic, Bell pepper and mushrooms for 6-8 minutes.
- Cook the rice for 10 minutes. Once done, let it steam out without a lid.
- Add the tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce tot the pan. Bake for 2-3 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of flour. Bake for 1 minute.
- Add the vinegar (1tbsp) and broth. Stir before adding the whipped cream and 2 tablespoons of mustard. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add it all together and finish it off with the fresh herbs!
