- Assemble and prepare all ingredients.

- Cook bacon and remove from skillet. Save the grease.

- Add a dash of light soy sauce, and a few drops of sesame oil to the eggs. In another skillet, cook in butter until almost done. Remove from heat.



- Add onion/shallot. Cook until fragrant


- Add rice and butter or oil if needed. Get as much of that bacon goodness (fond) mixed in as you can.


- Season to taste with MSG and white pepper. I used a heaping teaspoon of MSG, and a dash or two of white pepper.

- Add garlic and ginger. Cook until fragrant. Add in soy and oyster sauces. Return bacon and check for seasoning.



- Return eggs, add bell pepper, and peas.
