  4. Bake 1 hr and 5 min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Cool cake in bowl 10 minutes. Carefully loosen cake from bowl sides by running a knife around the sides. Invert onto wire rack. Remove bowl. Cool completely.
  6. Beat pudding mix, powdered sugar and milk in bowl with whisk for 2 minutes. Stir in cool whip. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  7. Place cooled cake on plate. Frost with the pudding mixture. Cover with coconut. Refrigerate til ready to eat and refrigerate leftovers.
