Lay the 2nd crust over the other half, overlapping the crusts. Brush that one with butter then sprinkle 1 tsp white sugar over both and bake.


- When it’s about 10 minutes before being done, pull it out and brush entire top with cream and sprinkle turbinato sugar over the top and bake for 10 more minutes. Allow to cool some before cutting.
