- Take off chicken. Wipe out pan save chicken and juices.. keep warm …



- Add left over olive oil 1 tbsp and 1 tbsp butter to pan add mushrooms and sundried tomatoes. Add rosemary..



- Start the sauce.. in a small sauce pan add 2 TBSP butter, whipping cream, rosemary.. stir until it steeps.. on med high., add all the Gorgonzola cheese keep stirring. Add salt and pepper

- Start the noodles.. bring to boil. I use fresh linguine.. drain.. save your pasta water. Add 1/4 cup back to pan w mushrooms.. add hot cream sauce.. add in water 1/4 cup and noodles… stir and mix.. add more water if needed. Sauce should be creamy, add hot shredded or sliced chicken.
