  5. Precalentar el horno con el horno holandés cerrado dentro a 460°F.
  6. Sacar el horno holandés y poner la masa dentro cuidadosamente. Los dobleces hechos en la masa con anterioridad deben de quedar hacia arriba. Tapar el horno holandés.
  7. Meter el horno holandés al horno por 30 minutos y después quitar la tapa y dejarlo de 10 a 15 minutos más para que el pan se dore. Sacarlo y dejar reposar el pan sobre una tabla por 30 minutos. Disfrutar!
