  10. Bake for 15 minutes
  11. Remove from oven and let cool
  12. Melt 1/4 cup of butter in a saucepan
  13. Add flour and stir constantly.
  14. Add milk stirring constantly until sauce thickens
  15. Add cheddar cheese and let it melt.then add hot sauce, cayenne and salt and pepper.
